What is Cleansing?
Cleansing is what you can do to help your body detoxify more thoroughly.There are many ways to support the removal of toxins from your body. Daily detoxification and cleansing supplements are becoming increasingly popular throughout the United States and beyond. In fact, they have become a permanent element in the morning routine of many prevention-oriented supplement takers. This shift toward total-body cleansing products was prompted by the mainstream multivitamin consumer.

Detoxification is like cleaning the house. Most people only spend a strict
amount of time to a weekly cleaning schedule. Only the highly trafficked areas will
be targetted because they have better things to do. But come Spring, you pull
out the couch and T.V. stand and notice that the dirt has accumulated,
creating a village of dust.
Cleansing is like spring cleaning. Everyone has their own tolerance level
to toxins but in any case, the body can only process so many toxins at a time.
When a backup occurs and the toxins keep coming in, the body protects itself by
storing the toxins in fat cells.
